No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except as expressly outlined in our Health Guarantee.

Once a puppy or kitten leaves our care, responsibility for their ongoing health, training, and well-being transfers to the buyer. We do not refund deposits or purchase payments due to buyer’s remorse, change of circumstances, allergies, landlord issues, incompatibility with other pets, or any other personal reasons.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening hereditary or congenital illness covered under our Health Guarantee, and all guarantee requirements have been met (including timely notification and veterinary documentation).

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
